“The BlowTorch” – Elmer’s Take on 11-10-2014

Briggs leaving the Commission… Leuthold goes to school, I smell a deal cooking!

I wish Dr. Briggs a great success as he will do a fine job as a Senator. The man just has success written across his lab coat and tie. Don’t park on the sidewalk and you will do just fine.

And now to the good stuff that people want to hear…

Little Craig is smarting up getting an education on the county dime, sharpen your pencil, sit down and listen, but you can’t stay long there is a vacancy on the commission. This means once again double dipping. I bet Craig is farting dollar signs as we speak. These folks need real jobs, as they live in the land of make believe, hosted by Mr. Rogers in a green zip up sweater. I often wonder if the County went bankrupt and these clowns had to actually work at Walmart as a door greeter, they would know what to do. Nah that takes common sense, a smily face and a pink sticker would certainly be too much for some of them. After one week on the job they would all become alcoholics.

So I hear tell that the Butter and Egg Man’s hen house is mighty upset, some to the point of laying hard boiled eggs, all to the result of Old Elmer. Well as I told you my flame will certainly shed light on the subject. Employees are mad as they think they deserve more for their efforts and other make money doing less. Face it folks it’s like the old AAMCO commercials,” BEEP BEEP… you have been screwed.” You see old Sandy’s child, which appears the wife has left him, struts around there like an old rooster just realized he isn’t the golden turd he thinks he is.

Vicky is angry as the secret is out, kind of like the lyrics to the song, Harper Valley PTA, “and if you smell Shirley Thompson’s breath you find she has had a nip of gin.” Oh brother that old 70′s show is a carbon copy of how Knox County is ran. Damn I miss that show.

Well on to a better tomorrow as I am looking forward to riding in the parade tomorrow, its the one day old farts like me can ride in style and eat for free. The deed has been done and freedom isn’t free, as there is a deep cost continuing to rise with each passing day.
