A Davidson County Chancellor ruled today that the TN Virtual Academy will remain open next school year. That new TN Commissioner Candice McQueen and her former Commissioner Kevin Huffman can not close the school until three years of testing has been completed and that the clock began in 2013-2014. So, not until next years testing is completed can a decision be made to close the school.
