BrianHornback.Com Was Right Two Days Before WATE’s TN This Week Aired Today

It is always nice to publish a story based on source information, hold your breath for two days to see if your source was right. If they were wrong, you eat crow and publish it. Of course in light of the 9/11/2015 Summary Judgment awarded to me in the 2013 litigation Kuhlman -v- Hornback, it is important that sources know they may have to submit a sworn affadavit and be deposed to what they saw and heard.

When I posted this story on Friday night 1/8/2016 before the 1/10/2016 airing of WATE’s TN This Week about pundit panel member Elaine Davis and her attack on the endorsers of Marco Rubio, specifically two of the endorsers, not only was the report accurate. It was more poisonous than I had been told and reported.

Davis included Former Chief of Staff Mike Arms in her attacks, her voice was breaking and stammering which would indicate (in my humble opinion) a personal bias toward the subject(s). After her attacks, she attempted to interrupt panel member Courtney Piper, Craig Griffiths and Moderator Stephanie Beeken. She eventually realized she had her say and let it go.

She made reference to when she was on Commission or the Ethics Panel that “we” felt official oppression was put on Richard Walls, the then internal auditor. While Ragsdale was mired in controversy. Walls ability to author a through audit without bias is questionable because of the PBA audit that the he led and authored was a complete farce, in mine and other folks opinions.

Hopefully, WATE will examine the ability of Davis to be an unbiased panel member in the future.
