On this form filed by City Council candidate Ray Abbas the treasurer signed on 7-6-09 and the witnesses witnessed the signature on 7-7-09. Now, both witnesses witnessed on the same date as Ray Abbas, candidate signed. So, did Abbas take the document to the witnesses with the treasurer’s signature from the day before? How can that happen? Now, Administrator McKae makes over $100,000. 00 a year and his Deputy Administrator Frith makes over $80,000.00 and they can not ensure these documents comply with the law.
