LWV Forum on Human Trafficking next week

KNOXVILLE, TN – Every month, more than 90 juveniles are trafficked online in Tennessee. Local news media continue to share troubling stories about human trafficking in our area. The problem is real and it is at our doorstep.

On Thursday, September 29th at 6 until 7:30 pm the League of Women Voters of Knoxville/Knox County (LWVKKC) will be hosting Katie Little, Operations Coordinator with CCAHT (Community Coalition Against Human Trafficking). The forum will be held at the Knox County Public Library Bearden Branch, located at 100 Golfclub Road in Knoxville.
