Commissioners with open accounts that were required to file on October 11, 2016 according to the Knox County Election Commission, here.

Correction Clarification from Chris Davis of Knox County Election Commission, “Only individuals with open accounts that were on the ballot in March or August 2016 were required to file on October 11, 2016.

The sheet you linked to is from the state (that they provide us to place on our site) – I will see if they will make that more clear on the next version they send us.

Meaning that Randy Smith, Charles Busler, Bob Thomas, Ed Brantley (and anyone else with an open account that was not on the ballot in 2016) won’t owe us a report until late January, 2017.

That report will cover the time period from July 1, 2016 through January 15, 2017.”

Third District Randy Smith has not filed a third quarter disclosure as of October 13, 2016. On July 15, 2016 he filed an on hand balance of $1,216.93

Seventh District Charles Busler has not filed a third quarter disclosure as of October 13, 2016. On July 14, 2016 he filed an on hand balance of $2,879.55

At Large Commissioner Bob Thomas has not filed a third quarter disclosure as of October 13, 2016. On July 15, 2016 he filed an amended filing with an on hand balance of $8,921.40. I believe Thomas has moved that money to his 2018 County Mayor account. However, his actual County Commission filing may have to show that the money has a zero balance and exactly where that $8,921.40 has gone.

At Large Commissioner Ed Brantley has closed his account on July 14, 2016 and is in compliance.
