Today the TN Department of Education released the state report card, Knox County’s is located here. For the past two-three months the Knox County School Board has said that the TN curriculum and test standards have changed so drastically that the results from this years state report card to previous state report cards can NOT be compared to one another. Then we get this story on today’s knoxnews website. It seems that Knox County Schools Chief of Staff Russ Oaks is trying to spin it both ways.
