As avid readers know, the wife and I attend the Blue Slip Winery Food Truck Park on a consistent basis.
Last night was the first one of 2017. Although the outside temperature was kinda cool, the turnout was good.
The following trucks were present last night, Chelseas food truck, Chucks concessions, Gypsy Kitchen, The Chicken Coop, Kennys Good Eats & Treats, Vol Dogs, Oishiknox, Bow Ties, Farm to Griddle Crepes, Forks on the Road, Fried Green Tomatoes, Hawg Dawgs, Sweet Smucker Donuts, Taste o Texas, Big O’s BBQ, M3, Holy Smokin BBQ, Park City Cigar and of course the host Blue Slip Winery!
I tried the sausage sandwich and fries from the Taste O Texas truck. It was good.
Even ran into good friends and former class mates from back more than 3 decades, Rob Foust and Jeff Burton.
