Foster Arnett and a Pattern

Sources in the County Clerk’s office have told us that every two weeks when the Clerk employees are getting paid that Foster Arnett has established a pattern. That pattern is sending someone home, permanently. It is also interesting to note the new hires that Foster is bringing in. It seems that Mrs. Arnett may want to take notice of at least one new hire, a “friend” from Foster’s past.
