Apparently Robert Lawrence Smith Doesn’t Believe Rules Apply to Him

Yesterday at the Town of Farragut parade, Knox County Commission at Large candidate Robert Lawrence Smith did not adhere to all the rules and requirements of the parade.

The rules made available when you sign up say that children under 9 years of age are not to be in a walking group. This is likely due to insurance liability issue. Smith being an insurance agent should understand that.

However, he had at least one child under 9 walking and handing out candy.

Of course, Smith is apparently still under investigation since a February 27 alleged incident.

Apparently this guy doesn’t believe he should have to follow any rules.

The Town of Farragut parade rules provided to groups and entities when they sign up. Very top gives the age requirement for walking participants

Of course he and his immature campaign manager don’t adhere to the rules. She believes her marrying into a Sequoyah Hills family allow her to do anything.

With his allegations surrounding him, you would think lace short shorts would be out of the question for parade attire.
