Trump is Coming to Tennessee to Support Marsha Blackburn

According to this Times Free Press story, President Donald J. Trump will be in Nashville on May 29, 2018 for a fundraiser for Marsha Blackburn in her pursuit for the U.S. Senate. The article reports the admission options as a private round table with Trump for $44,300 per couple; a private reception with Trump for $10,800 per couple or a general reception at $2,700 per couple.

So, while ole Phil Bredesen may say in his tv commercials that he can and will work with Trump. It seems that Trump knows the real Phil and prefers NOT to work with ole Phil. The Free Press goes on to to report “A recent column by former Republican Gov. Don Sundquist, with whom Blackburn clashed as a state lawmaker, also urged Tennesseans to support her, saying they could change the course of the nation.”

So, it really seems that Marsha is the uniter, having sparred with Sundquist in the past but now they are united in electing her to the U.S. Senate.
