2019 is NOT here yet, BUT the City Election has Started

The day after the November 6, 2018 election, Successful Businessman Eddie Mannis had a Mayoral campaign kickoff, Former School Board Member Indya Kincannon kicked off her campaign. Everyone knows that Libertarian John Bevill and City Councilman Marshall Stair are running and Successful Resturant Enterprenuer Mike Chase has former City Councilman Gary Underwood as his Treasurer.

Kincannon had yard signs during the November 6 election at polling places in the city and the county (Bluegrass School precinct) BUT now I’ve heard a radio commercial for longshot candidate Stair on WJBE at the beginning of the DL Hugley Show. Radio spots on December 26, 2018 for an elelction more than 8 months away?  Now as a disclaimer, I caught the end of the commercial, so it may not be a full blown Vote for me for Mayor or it may be. But it’s something.

The only two candidates who do not support Recode rezoning are Libertarian John Bevill and Successful Resturant Enterprenuer Mike Chase. If you want Mixed Use apartments with no parking on every major street like Kingston Pike and ADU apartments in your neighbors back yard vote for Mannis, Kincannon, or Stair.

Mixed Use apartments sound great until they invade your neighborhood for your parking. ADU apartments in your neighbors backyard are an invasion of your privacy.

If you care about your property rights Mike Chase is your best vote. John Bevill is great but he can’t get there.

We need Mike Chase to be our next Mayor.
