Last night Former Rep. John J Duncan, Jr. was the Speaker at the Loudon County Republican Women Club.
Duncan has been a friend longer than his 30 year Congressional career. I have listened to a lot of Jimmy Duncan speeches. In the last 14 plus years have recorded a lot Duncan speeches. Last night was one that includes good historical stories.
