Knoxville Renames Winston Road Overpass for Former Knox County Commissioner Wanda Moody

This afternoon around 2 pm, the parking lot of TIS Insurance Services filled up more than usual. The City of Knoxville led by Mayor Madeline Rogero officially named the Winston Road Overpass the Wanda Moody Overpass for Former Knox County Commissioner Wanda Moody, who served for twenty years on the Knox County Commission.
