TN Valley Fair Opens Today at 4 – 100 years of the Fair

Today the TN Valley Fair had the Government and Business Leaders Lunch. Senator Lamar Alexander was the keynote Speaker.

Alexander and I had a good conversation going through the food line about his colleagues Senate Leader McConnell and Paul of Kentucky and I also ensured in retirement that he and Honey were not leaving Blount County. He said that he would wear my jacket on the Senate floor. That was a compliment.
