Well it’s been a while but a few days ago Knox County Commission put out a notice that Commissioner Randy Smith and Commission Vice Chair Michelle Carringer were sunshining lunch at Calhoun’s on the River at 12:30 pm for today.
As usual, I showed up, Smith and Carringer were joined by Justin Biggs, the at Large Commissioner Seat 11. Also, former Board of Zoning Appeals member Kevin Murphy and a man named Adam Rowe were in attendance.
The discussion was about a zoning matter that will be on the Knoxville/Knox County Metropolitan Planning Commission December agenda.
