Really?

There were two football leagues (one rogue) going on at Carter, Recreation Manager Troy Fleming promised but couldn’t get a handle on, the lone ranger one.

There was $20,000 worth of theft and vandalism at Gibbs and East Knox ballpark, Parks and Knox County Sheriff’s Office couldn’t apprehend the thief(ves) although they had a suspect in a video image.

There was the takeover of the Rugby facilities after the Rugby people/association did all the work and financing.

There has been rumors of a rogue operation at the Sports Park for many years.

There is an investigation that resulted in the Director being terminated. Still don’t know if it was legit or not. Waiting on the state to release it’s findings.

There was the retirement of a 30 year administrator that happened in the hush and dark of the night, with no send off or department acknowledgement until #TheMegaBullhornofTruth asked the question, Where is Chuck?

The budget has increased far more than normal growth and this year is no exception.

Then to pour salt in the open abscess, as Interim Director Godlevsky walks away from the podium last night and not out of the room. Dwight “the deathstar hooker” Van de Vate announces the NEW MAN will start as Director of Parks on July 6 and they are so excited.

Not sure what else Parks and Rec could do, maybe purchase a bunch of pull behind trailers from some unknown entities.
