Commissioner Jay and Ward had a Meeting with Bexhill Community Without Notice

Tonight during a zoning with Bexhill Community for the Commercial Property on the 2 acres of property on Ebenezer Road, that has been zoned that way for years. The community announced in the open Commission meeting that Meghan Potts, Knox Sheriff HR Director Lysette Aviles, another lady Annette Ward, Commissioner’s Larsen Jay and Kyle Ward met with them to be an intermediary between Holrob/Home Federal and Bexhill Community in a $1.9 million land deal.

Ward was elected in 2020, Jay in 2018, Jay is Commission Chairman (until August 31, 2021) and is being challenged in the May 3, 2022 Republican Primary by Christine Cruz.

Knox County Commission is still under a Chancery Court Order NOT TO VIOLATE THE TN SUNSHINE LAW
