So the Knox County Taxpayers are ON The Hook, NOT Jason Zachary’s $5,000 Attorney

At tonights Knox County School Board Meeting, Knox School Board Member Daniel Watson asked Knox County Law Director David Buuck if the attorneys for the initial plaintiffs of the mask mandate suit are asking the court to award their attorney fees to be paid by the school district. Buuck answered YES.

Additionally, the Unmask Knox County Kids suit (that Rep. Zachary spent $5,000 and asked for more contributions by anyone that called him, here) so the $50,000 that he and others will not be necessary should the court award attorney fees be paid by the school district.
