KnoxBlog has Terry Roland’s letter to the Shelby County Election Commission. Terry Roland is the Republican candidate that lost by 13 votes to Democrat and sister to retired, indicted and under house arrest John Ford, Ophelia Ford.
Certainly 13 votes is reason enough for a close examination, however with everything that occurred in the course of this election, we all know that a close examination is necessary.
