Deputy Involved in DUI Checkpoint Once Resigned

A few days ago, I posted this viral video story about a July 4th DUI checkpoint gone wrong in Rutherford County, TN. Now the Tennessean has this story about the Deputy in question. It seems that has previously resigned for being less than truthful.
