Dr Biggs is digging his own grave! Fundraising with trial lawyers at the Bistro (owned by liberal democrats shows us exactly who he would align himself with in Nashville. Do we want a true conservative or another Kent Williams representing us here in Knox County? To me the answer is clear!

Campfield isn’t really a true conservative. At best, he’s a show horse, not a work horse. I think I’d rather be represented by a military veteran, Bronze Star recipient, who is a successful surgeon. To me, that is the embodiment of conservatism.

I would disagree that Campfield is NOT a work horse. He has single handily out worked EVERY opponent and their throng of supporters. Does he say and do somethings that I would not do? Absolutely! However, the voters of his district (the only people that matter) (I do not live in his district) continue to elect him. So he does something they like, or they dislike his opponents more.

I would agree with you that he is a work horse during campaigns, and as I have been told by others, good at constiuent services, which accounts for a lot. My worry is, focusing on issues, like a Ted Cruz, that brings attention to one’s self to the detriment of the district’s and/or Party’s interests.

Briggs is another John Kerry just because you served in the military does not mean you will make a good senator. I have served my country and have a Bronze Star and a Purple Heart to show for it. I think using my service to my country to gain anything is morally wrong. I don’t know about Dr Briggs but I served to keep you free not to win an election! Oh and please show me in Sen. Campfields voting records how you can say he’s not a true conservative!
