On October 17, it was reported that a lawsuit was filed against BrianHornback.Com the suit was served about 8 days later. The day after it was served the clock began ticking for a response. Today was the day to respond.
It is not fun when the news becomes about me. But respond we were required to do as we didn’t ask to have the litigation filed against this 9 year old website.

It’s a shame you have to go thru this kind of senseless nonsense. Ole Ruthie is a public servant because she chose to. One the positive side she will never hold an office again, the old has beens won’t stick their necks out again for this one. I enjoy the ability of firing up the Hunley-billies every time I get a chance. At my age its the only entertainment I get to enjoy. I call it as I see it and don’t care who I piss off. If you get mad at Old Elmer then you must be doing something you shouldn’t have been doing in the first place. So just suck it up and get over it. Brian you just keep up the good work. It could be worse, you could be Lulu McCroskey and have a demand on your fat ass for $50,000.00. Happy Thanksgiving to everyone.
