I cannot believe that Commissioner Richard Briggs voted against the teachers. You can hear that in the last part of the interview above. Briggs says teachers are not being intimidated and he was the only vote against the teacher protection ordinance. Briggs must not watch School Board meetings. Or he listens to McIntyre.
