Does this Guns in the Capitol Seems Like a Manufactured Issue?

It seems to me that this story in the Tennessean is a manufactured
issue to outrage public opinion. The article states that state law backs the Representative up. However, if these ladies do not know the difference between a hand gun and a holster. Maybe they should research the issue a tad bit more.
