Harold Wimberly, Jr. Had a LARGE bi partisan crowd

The Campaign Committee of Knox County Circuit Court Judge Harold Wimberly, Jr. hosted a kick-off reception at Calhouns on the River last night. Sources indicate that it was a great success. The larger than normal crowd was bi-partisan, with a big turnout of notable Republicans and a good crowd of notable Democrats.

Wimberly, the incumbent Judge is unopposed in the Democrat primary on May 6. However, he is likely to face local lawyer Bill Ailor who is unopposed in the Republican primary on May 6. Both are likely to square off in the August 7 General election.
