Boyd Cloud Saturday Democrat Club

This morning, Greg Mackay was the Speaker at the Boyd Cloud Saturday Democrat Club. Mackay said the announcement stated he would give analysis of the election. That was interesting since I was considering early voting today. I thought I would find out who won or lost. That is all good natured joking. A good crowd where I was actually warmly received.

The only news I am going to report from the meeting is that on Thursday August 7 at 8 p.m. the Knox County Democrat Party will gather at the Downtown Marriott (the old Hyatt) for an election night watch party. In the 8 years since I was the Knox County Republican Chairman, they have outgrown the phone booth in the Old City. Joking!
