BrianHornback.Com Effective Advertising That Does NOT Stretch Your Budget

How effective is newspaper or website ads? Well, newspapers that are free have an unknown reach. We will visit that with a picture worth a thousand words at the end of this post.

After an August 9, 2004 start, we began offering advertising in February 2013 on BrianHornback.Com. Early on Construction Plus, Inc and Hampton Inn Downtown Knoxville signed on. Through the year, we had advertisers come and go. My philosophy is to deliver more than the fee provides. That means promoting my advertisers through social media as well as through the website.

Beginning in January 2014, we began signing up political campaigns. Between January – May we had 10 campaigns advertise on BrianHornback.Com of the 10, 6 were WINNERS and 4 Lost. Three of those races were close. Our first political campaign advertiser, Kristi Davis for Circuit Court Judge faced two Republican leaders and she won. (one of her opponents was one of my losing advertisers) Greg McMillan for Fourth Circuit Court Judge was my second advertisers. He won the Republican nomination by a squeaker (his opponent was one of my losing advertisers) The third race was Ed Brantley, a Candidate for County Commissioner At Large. He won a close one.

Beginning in May 2014, we began taking advertisers for the August 7, 2014 Knox County General, State and Federal Primaries. We had 20 campaign advertisers. 10 Winners, 10 Losers. Of the 20 advertisers, 5 races or 10 candidates each faced each other. One has to win, One has to lose when facing off against one another. The closest race was between Republican candidates for the State Representative District 13. Eddie Smith and Jason Emert. Smith squeaked out the win by about 3 dozen votes. In addition, to local campaign advertisers. We were selected by Congressman John J. Duncan, Jr.’s campaign who enjoyed an almost 65% win. We were also selected by Senator Lamar Alexander’s campaign and he easily out distanced several opponents.

Now, as the November 4, 2014 election kicks up, we enjoy the company of State Representative Candidates Eddie Smith of District 13, Representative Roger Kane of District 89 and of course MY Friend and OUR Congressman John J. Duncan, Jr.

We have spots available to advertise political campaigns, issue campaigns, business. Just give us a call. The number is under our ad spots to the right or to the left.

Now for those pictures that are worth a thousand printed words.
