Item 40 R-25-2-902 Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving the recommendation of the Knox County Property Assessor to transition from a four year reappraisal cycle of all property in Knox County, Tennessee to a two year reappraisal cycle of all property in Knox County, Tennessee for the purpose of updating and equalizing the value of property for the assessment of property taxes on that property. Comptroller Mumpower explained that Sullivan County had already voted to move to the two year reappraisal. It passed on consent, with all 11 Knox County Commissioners voting in the affirmative.

Bales, and Edstock LLC for 2742 Hancock Street and 302 North Avenue for a Countywide Maintenance Facility.
