The allegation is campaign finance irregularities of hisMayoral race. His estranged seeking a divorce wife has made the allegations, taking bank statements to the Big Metal Shed on te Hill.

Unless Strickland has made an accusation about a specific finance report filed after that date, she has “mucked it up” – big surprise.
The relevant statute is TCA 2-10-105(f).
