With the news of Rep. Joe Armstrong’s guilty verdict and the news that I heard the Democrats must have a replacement nominee by mid September. Initial discussions are people questioning, encouraging a Gloria Johnson candidacy in District 15.
Johnson could easily move into District 15 after successfully winning the position on November 8, 2016. Will the Knox County Democrat Party, Fifteenth district make her the nominee?
