On the Ninth Day Before Ballard Leaves, We Get Shortened Days for Golf

On the eighth day before Philip Ballard leaves the Knox County Property Assessor Office. We have no more employees that show up in the morning and are at Three Ridges Golf Course before the end of the day, playing a round. I have a photo from yesterday, but I am refraining from posting it, maybe at another time.

Early in Ballard’s tenure he has given shopping days, has had employees arrested for driving while impaired. Questionable signatures on time sheets that did not match PBA’s scan access records. The culture of employee attitude starts at the top, fortunatly the new regime will make changes.
