Jack McElroy and Crew are shaking up assignments of reporters at the Big Metal Shed on the Hill. Rebecca Ferrar has covered Knox County government for a number of years has been reassigned to the Knoxville City government beat. JJ Stambaugh has been assigned to replace Ferrar and will now cover Knox County government. Jack, Why was this necessary?
