When I receive anonymous mail, I can always look back at the day it was mailed and look at BrianHornback.Com and figure out who the anonymous sender is.
My readers of 13 years know and I will remind new readers, I have been called everything but a white boy. It’s even been reported by the News Sentinel, here and of course those emails a former Knox Republican Chairman sent about me in 2006 that were published by Knox News in late October 2006.
So when I received an anonymous envelope in my P.O. Box today and it was a photo with a note on the back challenging me with the question if I am a hypocrite. I really hoped it was a hidden surveillance photo of me, it wasn’t. It is a photo that MY Congressman had personalized to someone.
To the sender of this anonymous mail. First, you are a liar! You say that I am the first media to receive this picture. I have heard about this photo being mailed all over town for more than a week. Second, you are a coward and lack a “set”. I hope as you get older your “set” will come in and drop. The url for this website is BrianHornback.Com my name is on it, when a lawsuit was filed in October 2013 it was filed on me, when Summary Judgement was granted on 9/11/2015 it was granted to me. If you do not have a “set” to sign your name, then I will do like every other media and ignore your lying cowardly ways.
I will provide a copy of this message and picture to my Congressman and Friend Rep. John J. Duncan, Jr. so that he is aware that individuals are using one of his re-election campaign events to politically damage one another. I am sure it isn’t the first time someone tried to use the Congressman for collateral damage. Hopefully as he retires it will be one of the last.
As for the Congressman’s previous golf events, I have been a recipient of his goodie bags. I can testify the bags have been coolers (which I carry bottled water in the one from 2012) they typically have Tervis or Tervis like cups. (I have three and drink my first cup of coffee every morning out of one of the three) NEVER has our Conservative Republican Congressman provided a gift card or voucher to the golf course pro shop for $50 or $500.
I will refrain from discussing the two former Black Wednesday Commissioners in the photo, which one is on the Knox County School Board and wanted to be Chairman last September.
This type of political retaliation is WHY today Glenn Jacobs is the BEST option for Knox County Mayor. He is not a career politician and he has faced his opponents in the squared circle and ain’t scared to throat punch someone.
