Today is Knox County Law Director Richard “Bud” Armstrong birthday. Former Mayor Victor Ashe has published that it’s #68. On Friday, Armstrong was the subject of a Motion Opinion by Knox County Chancery Court on the Knox County -v- Knox County Retirement and Pension Board litigation that pitted Armstrong on the opposit side of Knox County Mayor Glenn Jacobs and a majority of the Knox County Commission.
