Janice Tocher is also in the running and is a much better choice. She has been involved with south Knoxville issues on the ground for as long as I’ve known her (over 20 years). She also is finishing her second term on MPC and serves as MPC chair. Many community leaders have urged Janice to get in the contest.

Tommy Smith is a better choice than the unindicted criminal Janice Tocher. Recode was a criminal act.
