The photo i am using of Marlow and me is after he had taken a spill on a bike. It is evidence that the scruffy city needs a Scruffy Councilman and one that will survive anything in his way.
This is an open seat as incumbent Councilwoman Janet Testerman has opted to term limit herself and not seek re-election.
