Two of Knoxville’s BEST Have Passed… Nancy Stinnette and Jim Ford Made Us Better

Tomorrow Nancy Stinnette will be laid to rest. Nancy was a Democrat, she was kind to me and she was a friend. We had many conversations, she even treated me to lunch one day at Beaver Brook Country Club. Nancy loved her family, her community and her political party, in that order. While we disagreed on policies and political people, we could talk and agree to disagree. That is rare in today’s world of toxic partisan environment. Nancy Copenhaver Stinnette

A review of Nancy in the BrianHornback.com search box found this October 4, 2014 and this October 6, 2014 and this on June 9, 2015.

Knoxville Realtor Thomas James “Jim” Ford, a great guy. Ford worked in Early Voting in the past. He ran unsuccessfully for Knox County Commission in Southwest Knox County’s Fifth District, if I recall correctly back in the 1990’s. Jim was also a pleasant and professional man. His family and friends, the community and the real estate profession in Knox County and East Tennessee will miss him.
