May As Well Not Complain About It, It’s a Result of Appointed Superintendents

Parents in a Hamilton County, TN (Chattanooga) district are upset that they have had 6 principals in 12 years. Their County Commissioner is helping get the word out. But it is all in vain. Since 1992 when the TN Legislature took away elected Superintendents and gave TN Appointed Superintendents, resulting in active School Board members being spayed and neutered influencing personnel decisions. You might as well such say “thank you, can I have some more”
