This article from Chattanooga Times Free Press about Marriott’s Gaylord Resort paying a $600,000 fine for jamming personal wifi signals in order to encourage use of the resorts wifi. I suppose this was a practice of Gaylord Resorts before the Marriott management agreement took over. However, costly the fine the consumer wins.
