BrianHornback.Com “The Watchdog” Knoxville, Knox County, TN and the World Deserves!

Since the full time, lame stream media can NOT do it, www.BrianHornback.Com is “The Watchdog” for East TN and the World.

Just got off the phone with Cliff Rodgers the Knox County Election Commission Administrator. It seems this story (who says no one reads and pays attention to The Mega BullHorn of Truth?) about the third district Knoxville City Council campaign finance disclosures has helped a candidate. Jody Mullins has contacted Mr. Rodgers and will be refunding $50 to Apple Healthcare Group, P.C.

A corporation can contribute up to $250 per quarter, if the corporation is a PAC they can contribute to a candidate or candidate committee under PAC limitations. Mullins accepted $300 so in order to comply with the rules and law, he will refund $50. On July 1, Apple Healthcare Group, P.C. can contribute the $50 up to another combined $250 for the third quarter.

As Rodgers and I talked, there have been a couple of phone calls to the election commission with people believing that they will be able to vote for two candidates in their district on primary day August 29, 2017. NO YOU CAN NOT. You get to vote for ONE and ONLY ONE candidate in your district. Now the top TWO vote getters will represent their district and will face all the city voters to be the district Council member after they get more votes than the other on November 7, 2017. Ok? OKAY!
