Six Apply for Knox County Circuit Court Judge, Not a Female in the Mix!

TN Court of Criminal Appeals Judge Kristi Davis vacated the Circuit Court position in Knox County that she was elected to in 2014 when she was appointed by Governor Bill Lee to the Court of Appeals.

Today was the deadline for Attorneys to apply to the TN Administrative Office of the Courts. The Trial Court Vacancy Commission will hold a hearing virtually via video conference using Zoom on Wednesday, October 28 at 10 a.m. EDT. The Commission is expected to vote immediately following the interviews and forward three names to Governor Lee for his consideration.
