Campaign Finances – TN State House District Races in Knox County

On November 3, Early Voting through October 29 there are more than a few TN State House Representative elections. Let’s see the money.

District 13 

Elaine Davis had $13,008.09, raised $19,695.00, spent $13,109.73 (which includes an ad on #TheMegaBullhornofTruth) with $19,593.36 on hand with $667.62 in loans and $1,106.50 in-kind contributions.

Rep. Gloria Johnson had $74,385.28, raised $69,004.83, spent $42,606.27 with $100,783.64 on hand

District 14

Justin Davis had $2,795.00, raised $5,071.56, spent $1,118.80 with $6,747.76 on hand.

Rep. Jason Zachary had $81,181.53, spent $9,350, spent $20,130.22 with $70,401.31 on hand. Expenses including $1,000 to Burchett for Congress, $2,625 to Concord Christian School and $7,106.74 to TN Republican Party.

District 15

Troy B. Jones raised $4,400, spent $2,317.22 with $2,082.78 on hand.

Sam McKenzie had $6,449.71, raised $4,075.00, spent $3,737.59 with $6,787.12 on hand and a $2,000 loan.

District 16

Michele Carringer had $4,560.12, raised $18,850.00, spent $4,101.16 (including an ad on #TheMegaBullhornofTruth) with $19,308.96 on hand a $15,000 loan and $2,914.50 in-kind contributions.

Elizabeth Rowland had $7,982.93, raised $24,831.00, spent $7,352.92 with $25,461.01 on hand.

District 18

Virginia Couch had $31,553.49 raised $44,058.15, spent $18,470.66 with $57,140.98 on hand $1,045.83 loan and $1,000 in-kind.

Eddie Mannis had $8,297.41, raised $61,847.84, spent $16,659.19 with $53,486.06 on hand with a $10,000 loan and $9,533.50 in-kind contributions.

District 19

Rep. Dave Wright had $29,884.74, raised $3,850.00, spent $1,033.91 with $32,700.83 on hand

District 89

Rep. Justin Lafferty had $28,869.53, raised $2,120.00, spent 1,040.05 (including a $500 campaign contribution to Rep. John J. Deberry, Jr. a Representative that was removed from the Democrat ballot, is running as an Independent) with $29,949.48 – Lafferty recently sent a campaign mailer out with the word Enclosed was written as Inclosed, used the same question on a Legislative Survey twice as #9 and #10 and on his mailer used #VFL for Vote for Lafferty believed to be a re-use of the Vol For Life.
