This morning at 8 am, Commission Chairman Richie Beeler and Commissioner Larsen Jay met for breakfast to discuss Chairman Transition.
The breakfast was properly noticed to media to comply with TN Sunshine Law.

Beeler informed me that he had a good conversation with former Commissioner Hugh Nystrom last week. Nystrom served as Chairman for the two years prior to last year and had an excellent reputation for leading the Commission with those that would not always be in agreement with the Chairman.
Beeler is on his way to being an excellent Chairman of the Commission, for such a time as this. That does not mean he will not be criticized by #TheMegaBullhornofTruth when it is warranted.
