What About the DOJ’s Forbearance Rule?

The Department of Justice has a long standing forbearance rule (pic of the 2008 Attorney General letter below) it is a rule not to enforce or indict 60-90 days within an election.

On Thursday the petition filing deadline for TN May 3rd primaries, the Feds indict a long time Knox County Sheriffs employee as result of a raid 2 years ago.

The long time employee worked for three Sheriffs Administrations. the Current Sheriff was the Interim Sheriff for a period of time in 2007/2008 in addition to being #2 for the last two former elected Sheriffs and their administrations.

In America, everyone is innocent until proven Guilty. I will not step into the waters of the allegations until the prosecution and defense have made their cases and a jury and judge have opined.

Why you ask? Just look at the Pilot Travel Centers case with the Feds and all the wasted money spent on trying Mark Hazelwood and he is not Guilty as the Feds and media portrayed him.
