College & Career Expo Presents Post-Graduation Options To Students Tomorrow and Wednesday

Knox County Schools will host The 865 Academies College & Career Expo at the World’s Fair Exhibition Hall on March 7 and 8 for participating 8th- and 11th-grade students.

Eighth-grade students will attend the Expo on March 7, and 11th-grade students will participate on March 8. Vendors will include businesses, non-profits, military institutions and colleges and trade schools.

The College & Career Expo is designed to help students learn more about enrolling in college or trade school, enlisting in service to their country, or finding employment in high-wage, in-demand careers.

This event is an important component of The 865 Academies initiative, providing 8th- and 11th-grade students with meaningful experiences that expose them to various pathways once they graduate high school.
