Pearson, Jones and Johnson Removed from State House Committees, Expulsion will be heard on Thursday

State Representatives Justin Jones and Gloria Johnson were notified (as I suspect Justin Pearson was as well) and appeared this afternoon at the Government Operations Committee meeting to be informed that they were removed from the committee. They could stay and listen, they could not participate. When you view their legislative pages, no committees were listed. I show you Republican Leader William Lamberth‘s page and the three that occupied the well on Thursday March 30, 2023.

During this evenings legislative session everything went along fairly well, the Speaker had warned the gallery many times and the Trooper’s removed individual people as they were told too by the Speaker. When Representative Andrew Farmer introduced his resolution (which are detailed below) the gallery could not contain themselves. So, the Troopers removed them all and the business went on.
