On Thursday night the Center City Conservatives Republican Club met. Knoxville Municipal Judge John Rosson, Jr. was the featured Speaker. Also, R.C. Lawhorn, candidate for Mayor of Knoxville attended and spoke briefly.
In April Jeff Talman, Candidate for Mayor of Knoxville spoke. In May Tim Hill, Candidate for City Council at Large Seat C spoke. In June Knoxville City Councilwoman Lynne Fugate spoke.
