Lynne Fugate had $33,456.04 on hand, she received zero, actually I am aware that she returned contribution(s), spent zero with $33,456.04 on hand.

Her opponent Cameron Brooks suffered an untimely death a few days after the Primary.

Seat B City Council at Large

R Bentley Marlow had $7,194.62 on hand, received $13,800, spent $15,282.65 with $5,711.97 on hand. In his contributions he received one from former City Councilwoman Marilyn Roody. Roody is joined by Councilwoman Seema Singh, Councilwoman Janet Testerman, Former Councilpersons George Wallace, Mark Campen, Finbarr Saunders, Duane Grieve, Ivan Harmon, Joe Hultquist.

Debbie Helsley had $18,269.49, received $5,420, spent $20,058.30 with $3,631.19 on hand. Knoxville Building Trades PAC giving $1,000, Teamsters giving $2,500. She have $580 to Knox County Democrat Party (which she is the Secretary of the party), $2,500 to Democrat State Executive Committeeman Jack Vaughan.

Seat C City Council at Large

Tim Hill had $61,866.74, received $4,728.48, spent $38, 194.74 with $28,400.98 on hand.

Fifth District City Council

Charles Thomas had $887, received zero, spent zero and has $887 on hand. Thomas had no opponent in the Primary or General Election ballots.

Municipal Judge

Judge John Rosson, Jr. had $3,062.71, received $34,450, spent $22,478.46 with $15,034.25 on hand. The most newsworthy expenditure is an ad on BrianHornback.com.

Tyler Caviness had $18,560.05, received $3,605, spent $18, 107.41 with $4,057.14 on hand. Expenditures included printing and mail with a $2,000 payment to Democrat State Executive Committeeman Jack Vaughan.
