The BrianHornbackdotCom voicemail received a couple anonymous tips yesterday about a business on Central Avenue Pike called the Fountain City Public Auction House having been closed due to codes violations.
A drive over to the location this morning by Brian Hornback revealed that it was open for business. A phone call to the owner of the business and it seems that the building is in a C3 zone and in order to have an auction house business where the public gathers needs a C4 zone.
The owner is working to comply and was unaware of the error, but will comply and is working to resolve the matter.
